Lexus set the LC 500 up on a date with Spanish actress, model and TV presenter Mar Saura, making us jealous for a number of reasons.
The first reason would be the lovely Ms Saura, who has nothing but nice things to say about the 5.0-liter V8 sports car, which is understandable given that this is a commercial. Second, the car itself, of course. The LC 500 packs 467 HP and will get from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than 4.5 seconds with the help of a 10-speed automatic transmission.
Talking mostly about how driving a Lexus LC 500 makes her feel, the actress meets up with an F-18 fighter jet for some nice shots – too bad there’s no race between the two.
According to this video, the LC 500 represents the evolution of what it means to experience one of their models. It mirrors what Toyota chief branding officer Akio Toyoda said a few months back when he mentioned how the design and performance of the LC 500 “makes a strong statement about our brand’s emotional direction and will grow the Lexus luxury appeal globally.”
