It seems that Nike pulling a page straight out of the Freaky Friday script (starring Lindsay Lohan & Jamie Lee Curtis), can have adverse effects on superstar footballers who drive a Pagani.

The idea behind the ad is to explore what it would be like for Cristiano Ronaldo, if he would have to put in all that hard work he did in order to become great in the first place…all over again!

Of course it’s all very silly, but it does give us a look into what it’s like to be the man who was recently named the world’s richest professional athlete, ahead of the likes of Lionel Messi, LeBron James or Roger Federer.

For starters, Ronaldo lives in a very nice house and drives a very expensive Pagani Huayra, which he, or should we say the kid he traded places with, crashes while mistakenly putting it in reverse instead of 1st gear.

All in all, there’s plenty of solid footballing action in the clip, as well as cameos from other stars such as Tottenham’s Harry Kane and Manchester United’s Anthony Martial. The kid who switches bodies with Cristiano also has some skill and eventually gets signed by Manchester City – at least that’s how Nike deemed it.

By the way, no Italian exotics were actually hurt during the making of this video – the damage is all CGI.
