If you thought that your roads were unsafe, it turns out that driving in Kenya is where the real frights are.

If it starts getting a bit confusing after you hit play, it’s only because it almost seems as if the biker is riding on a two-lane road with all traffic going in the same direction.

In reality, it’s not. Kenyans drive on the left hand side of the road and what you’re looking at are drivers that show little to no consideration for incoming traffic – least of all for the camera-equipped motorcycle.

Naturally all of these roads are outside of any major cities such as Nairobi or Mombasa, where drivers obviously have to behave in a more civilized manner. But in these rural areas, it almost seems like it’s every man/driver for himself.

Towards the end of the clip, you’ll see a blue hatchback actually make contact with the motorcycle, knocking it down in the process. It wasn’t a considerable impact, but that doesn’t mean it couldn’t have been much worse either.

Check out the footage and let us know if you’ve seen places where it’s even more dangerous to hit the road.
