Facelifted 2017 Acura MDX Starts From $43,950

The new beak-less 2017 Acura MDX will go on sale at dealerships in the US from June 22.

Unveiled at the New York Auto Show this March, the three-row SUV carries an MSRP of $43,950 and benefits from standard features such as SiriusXM Radio 2.0, automatic brake hold, electric parking break, auto high beam headlights, and four 2.5-amp USB charging ports.

These add to the AcuraWatch suite of safety features and driver-assistive technologies, including Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Warning, Lane Keeping Assist, Collision Mitigation Braking System, Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow, Road Departure Mitigation and multi-angle rearview camera.

Higher spec models add Blind Spot Information, Rear Cross Traffic Monitor, new Auto High Beam and parking sensors on both ends, along with the LED fog lights, Surround-View Camera System, two second-row captain’s chairs and center console, two additional USB ports, Olive Ash Burl or Black Limba wood trim and heated steering wheel, available on the Advance grades.

Order the Technology and Advance packages and your 2017 Acura MDX will add new 20-inch wheel and tire options, power folding side mirrors, remote engine start and HD traffic, while checking the Advance ENT Package option will get you an ultra-widescreen rear entertainment system.

Power comes from a 3.5-liter i-VTEC V6 engine, rated at 290 HP (294 PS) and 267 lb-ft (362 Nm) of torque, while the hybrid version, which combines a 3.0-liter V6 and three electric motors, totaling 325 HP (330 PS), will be available later this year.
