The list of things we’d rather do than drive Porsche on a dry circuit is pretty short. But one of those things would be driving a Porsche on ice. Fortunately the German automaker offers a program that provides just such an experience. And it’s coming back again next winter.

The Porsche Camp4 Canada is one of several driving programs organized by the famed sports car manufacturer. It puts performance models like the 911, Boxster and Cayenne on a giant track carved out of the snow on a bedrock of smooth ice.

The program takes place at the Circuit Mécaglisse, a motorsport complex in the Laurentian Mountains of Quebec, an hour and a half’s drive from Montreal and 50 minutes from Mont Tremblant. And we could hardly imagine a better location. Check it out in the video below and tell us you don’t agree.
