Few things can be more intimidating than driving a Ferrari F50 on a daily basis but somehow this chap over here decided that he could pull this off.

This video by Archie Hamilton takes us for a ride in a very rare silver example (only four F50s were painted like this from the factory) owned by one very likeable person who uses it every day.

With prices in the market approaching the $2 million mark these days and the fact this is a LHD F50 living in the UK makes the owner’s decision even more impressive to say the least. Most of the celebratory, limited-run Ferraris spent their days just sitting inside a garage but he decided to actually enjoy his car.

Activities like taking the kids to schools or visiting the vet with the dog sitting next to you is just part of life with the F50, making him a hero to our eyes. Think for a second daily-driving a huge mid-engined V12 sports car with no ABS with normal traffic around you and you will see why.

Few cars are as stunningly underappreciated as the Ferrari F50, with people blaming Ferrari for building a car that simply wasn’t as exciting as the F40 that preceded it. Think of its specs: a naturally aspirated 4.7-litre V12 with a block from a F1 car and the ability to spin up to 8500rpm paired with an open-gated six-speed manual gearbox with both of them bolted onto a carbon tub.

We salute you, you crazy-crazy man.
