Based on the range-topping R8 V10 Plus, the Selection 24h is a tribute car to the R8 LMS that won last year’s 24 Hours Nurburgring event.

What sets it apart from any one of Audi’s regular flagship supercars is the Suzuka Metallic exterior paint, the carbon fiber exterior mirror housings, carbon fiber rear wing, sports exhaust, carbon-glossy side blades with ‘R8 24h’ lettering and the 20″ forged aluminum 10-spoke Y-design wheels.

Inside you’ll find a black suede steering wheel and carbon fiber surrounds for the air vents, center console, instrument dial (Audi Virtual Cockpit) plus some more ‘R8 24h’ inscriptions.

Furthermore, it comes with dynamic steering, adaptive damper control, magnetic ride and laser lighting – part of a technical package that makes exploring the car’s 610 PS 5.2-liter V10 all the more pleasurable.

In a straight line, this means hitting 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.2 seconds before maxing out at about 330 km/h (205 mph).

Customers have been able to place orders since May 10th 2016, with prices set from €229,000 in Germany.
