While heads were spinning at Monterey Car Week with the world’s finest cars on display, one particularly bold Liberty Walk-tuned Ferrari 458 Italia was also spinning, but in a slightly different and less appealing way.

The story revolving around how this heavily-modified 458 crashed isn’t known, but the aftermath of the carnage was captured by the vehicle’s owner, Damon Fryer from Daily Driven Exotics, and shows one twisted Italian supercar in desperate need of some serious repairs.

Whatever caused the crash, the damage is clear. The front end has been utterly destroyed, probably after the car hit a guardrail. The impact almost completely tore off the front bumper and decimated one of the headlights.

Additionally, all the cooling fans at the front have been destroyed, leaving nothing but carnage from the front of the car right through to the front section of its crash structure. The driver’s front wheel is also wrecked, potentially leaving the suspension at that corner in desperate need of repairs as well.

Thankfully, no one was injured in the crash and the owner is promising to repair and build an even better 458.
