Unveiled a couple of months ago and set to star at the upcoming Paris Auto Show at the end of September, the all-new Citroen C3 is now officially available to order.

Standing apart with its fresh design, inspired from the larger C4 Cactus, the new supermini “injects new life into its segment” as the French state.

Available in three trim levels – Live, Feel and Shine, the 2017 Citroen C3 offers extensive levels of customization, featuring 9 base colors and 3 roof shades which create a total of 36 possible exterior combinations, regardless of the grade.

Available at no extra cost on the Shine and optional on Feel models, the airbumps are joined by other features that include a panoramic glass roof, 7-inch tablet-like touchscreen, keyless entry and start, rear park assist, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, MirrorLink and the Safety Pack, which combines road sign recognition, lane departure warning and a ‘Coffee Break’ alert.

The Citroen ConnectedCAM films the road ahead, allowing drivers to take a photo and share it on social networks “in complete safety”. The system works in conjunction with an app that enables users to access and share photos and videos and is available as an option on the Feel and Shine models. It also features a record function that is automatically activated and can save 90-second sequences, in the event of an impact, 30 seconds before and 60 seconds after the incident.

As for the engine lineup, customers can choose from the three-cylinder PureTech petrol engines with stop/start technology, in the 68 PS (67 HP), 82 PS (81 HP) and 110 PS (108 HP) versions, or the BlueHDi diesels with 75 PS (74 HP) and 100 PS (99 HP). Shortly after launch, the French will introduce the EAT6 automatic gearbox on selected versions.

The all-new Citroen C3 comes with a starting price of €12,950 ($14,435) in France, with first deliveries expected shortly after the Paris Motor Show.
