SVM Giving Away Their 1,500HP Nissan Qashqai GT-R In A Contest [73 Pics + Videos]

Did you ever think you could own a 1,500 HP vehicle? That’s as much power as the new Bugatti Chiron.

Well, with Severn Valley Motorsport’s (SVM) competition you can, since the tuner is giving away their Nissan Qashqai-R in a contest. Paying a £10 ($13) entry fee, or £25 ($33) for a triple entry, and answering three question will get you on the list for a chance in winning the crossover powered by a tweaked GT-R engine.

Besides its staggering output, this previous-gen Nissan Qashqai also features two Bugatti Veyron fuel pumps, two Garrett GT35 Series turbochargers, BoostLogic injector intake manifold, SVM 102 mm performance exhaust system, Dixcel performance brakes, and KW coilover suspension. The exterior is adorned with SVM decals and the interior has been upgraded with a GT-R dashboard and seats.

Capable of covering a quarter mile in just 9.1 seconds and reach 222 mph (357 km/h) in a little over a mile (1.61 km), the crossover managed to beat a Bugatti Veyron at a past VMax 200 event, while the regular supercars made by Ferrari, Lamborghini or Porsche, are said to be no match for this ultimate sleeper.

Why would I want my sports car to look like a Nissan Quishquosh though? I mean, I’d rather have a normal GT-R instead of one hidden below a fugly crossover.
