Toyota Yaris Goes High-Contrast In Italy With Special White Edition

Toyota has rolled out a new special edition of the Yaris that at least for the time being, is limited exclusively to the Italian market.

The White Edition is based on the Yaris Trend, and joins the previous Red and Platinum editions. It’s all done up in what some might call the “Storm Trooper” treatment, and others the “panda” look. Whatever you call it though, it’s certainly high contrast: the bodywork is painted in pearl white, with contrasting elements in black. The roof, pillars and front fascia are all done up in glossy piano-lacquer black finish, complimented by two-tone 16-inch wheels and a matching interior.

The 2016 Toyota Yaris Trend White Edition also comes packaged with LED daytime running lights, fog lamps, and cruise control. The cabin is decked out with leather-trimmed steering wheel and shifter, automatic dual-zone climate control, power rear windows and folding mirrors, the Toyota Touch multimedia system complete with Bluetooth connectivity, USB port, six speakers and rearview camera, and the Toyota Sense safety package that includes pre-collision and lane departure warning systems as well as automatic high beams.

I wondered, if they could make the car even more ugly… THEY MADE IT!!!

I think that looks pretty good. The dramatic paint scheme balances out that in your face grill. Then again… I think two colours on a car often look good.
