The recipe behind this video is simple: take a BMW M6 Coupe in a vibrant color, put someone who knows how to drive it like there’s no tomorrow behind the wheel and unleash it in the deserted Canadian tundra.

Take a small army of cameramen and wrap it all up in a in a short film, all 2 minutes and 52 seconds of high-speed drifting and tire-shredding fun.

This footage was created by Pennzoil, whose oil runs through the heart of the powerful BMW M6 Coupe. It’s a clever marketing scheme, one that saw other powerful machines unleashed in a similar manner in the past, including a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, a Ferrari 488 GTB, and even a Jeep Wrangler.

However, it’s not the oil that makes this clip special, but the way those 560 HP and 500 pound-feet (678 Nm) of torque are being pushed to the wheels on snow and ice.
