2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Configurator Is All We Ever Wanted

Ford has just unveiled the official online configurator for the 2017 F-150 range, including the potent Raptor variant.

The configurator confirms that the 2017 F-150 Raptor SuperCab will set back U.S. customers $48,325 excluding the obligatory $1,195 destination and delivery fee. The slightly larger SuperCrew model then starts at $51,310.

Seven exterior paint colors are available for the all-new Raptor and just one of those, Ruby Red, carries a $395 price premium. Elsewhere, customers can opt for a host of different equipment packages ranging in price from just a few hundred dollars up to almost $10,000.

Key exterior packages include the graphics package, priced from $1,075 and adding the identifiable Raptor decals. A graphics package can also be ordered for the hood for $900. Elsewhere, a 4.10 Torsen differential can be ordered as can Adaptive Cruise Control, a bed divider, plastic or spray-in bedliner, LED side-mirror spotlights and a remote start system, among others.

The most expensive package is dubbed the 802A Equipment Group. Priced at $9,345, it includes many of the aforementioned optional extras as well as SiriusXM Radio, Pro Trailer Backup Assist, seats, pedals and mirrors with a memory system, LED box lighting, inflatable rear seat belts, 360-degree camera, an 8-inch LCD touchscreen, power adjustable pedals and leather-trimmed seats.

Lesser 2017 F-150 models start at $33,055 when the 3.5-liter V6 engine is optioned. Prices then rise to $33,850 for the 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6, $34,650 for the 5.0-liter V8 and $35,650 for the 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6.
