The ex-Top Gear superstars appeared on the Late Late Show with James Corden, using a Corvette ZO6 to find out who is faster around Willow Springs Raceway while taking a quiz.

The rules were fairly simple: Every time one of them gave a false answer, an extra second would be added on their lap times. James Corden was asking the questions from the passenger seat while the popular trio was trying to exhibit their driving skills in the 650hp track-focused Corvette.

The result is 8 minutes filled with humor and loud V8 noises in a recipe only these three can achieve. The Grand Tour was there as they were shooting their reportedly pretty expensive opening sequence in California.

The opening sequence included more than 150 cars driven on the desert, costing over $3,2 million to film and produce. The new show will air on Amazon Prime on November 18, with the first season to contain 12 episodes.
