Preferred by top automakers for new car development, the Nurburgring is also a driving Mecca for enthusiasts.

However, in their attempt to become faster with every lap, some end up crashing their rides, while others manage to pull epic saves. There’s also another category that simply wants to have fun, like the driver of this BMW M3 E90, who proved his drifting skills during a crowded track day.

With his M3 apparently tuned by G-Power that massaged the straight-six to 660-horsepower, the man behind the wheel of the high-performance model was captured on video coming around the Brunchen corner sideways. He continued his drift with the rear wheels touching the grass and pulled the vehicle back on the tarmac without lifting his right foot.

The show off could have ended in a chain collision with the other surrounding vehicles, but fortunately the odds where with him that day, and we’re left with this impressive 52-second long footage to check out.
