Upcoming Rezvani Beast Alpha To Feature Signature ‘Sidewinder’ Doors

Rezvani released yet another teaser of their upcoming Beast Alpha which is scheduled to debut on November 16.

The new Rezvani Beast Alpha will play the role of a more comfortable model, set to offer creature comforts like air conditioning, traction control, power locks and windows, airbags, and a removable targa-style top.

But one of the most stand-out features of the new model will be the doors; Rezvani calls them Sidewinder, giving us only one image to play with. By the looks of it, the door opens out and to the front, a function that we haven’t seen so far in the sports car/supercar world, “providing optimal entering and exiting clearance alongside unparalleled style” according to the company.

Rezvani’s creations are based on the Ariel Atom 3, dressed with a new carbon-fiber bodywork and powered by a Honda K24 engine that can make up to 500hp, depending on which version you’re looking.

“Building on the success of the original Beast, the new Beast Alpha promises to bring to market unequivocal style, supercar-rivaling performance, and competitive pricing,” said the company in a statement.

All we have to do is wait until November 16 where Rezvani is going to pull the covers off the new Beast Alpha.

    AKA suicide mini-van doors.

They are really desperate to come up with idea to try to stand out… Except this one seems like the most impractical ever.

  • alexxx

    i don’t know about doors but….great legs :-)))

    • BGM

I’d sit in front of that car all day long ’cause you know you’re gonna get an eye full…

  • Six_Tymes

those are a lovely pair of legs

  • antbee

Bet she couldn’t drive that car in those shoes, unless it’s a damn automatic or DSG or whatever. I bet her driving shoes are a pair of Crocs.

  • rnc

Hey those are nicely photoshopped legs!
The doors do look less practical than the butterfly doors on for example McLaren, but the easy getting in and out will be a selling point.

  • Auf Wiedersehen

Oh lord….is that where we are now as a car culture? Is this a thing now? Designing the doors to one up the last guy? Just from the teaser it looks overly complicated (read heavy with lots of moving parts) to me.

  • WesTexan

How many electronic sensors and moving parts are involved? And just one screws up — shorts or gets misaligned — how long until help arrives. This also looks like a collision — a side-swipe — getting ready to happen. I have a 2003 minivan. The doors simply slide open and slide closed and never stick out in the street. If the battery dies, I can open and close them manually. This just looks like another mindless toy, which would not even be that interesting without the legs.
