With a 0-60 time quoted at 2.8 seconds and a top speed in excess of 217 miles per hour, the Lamborghini Aventador SV will cover ground faster than most anything else on the road. But with over 70 percent of the world’s surface covered in water, what’s a well-endowed speed demon to do when he (or she) runs out of road?

Why, you buy a speedboat to match, of course! And that’s just what we have here. Listed for sale via JamesEdition in Fort Lauderdale is an Aventador SV Roadster with a matching catamaran. And we do mean matching.

This 52-foot MTI G6 is done up inside and out in the same special shade of Verde Singh as the supercar, with coordinating Alcantara upholstery, carbon-fiber trim… the works. It even wears the door panels, lighting, steering wheel, and marinized switchgear from the Aventador. Oh, and there’s the small matter of the engine: not one of Lamborghini’s own maritime mills, but a single Mercury Racing engine that’ll kick out 1,350 horsepower on 91-octane gasoline, or 1,550 on 112 AKI race fuel. That’s said to be enough to propel the carbon-fiber catamaran to a top speed of 180 miles per hour on the open water.

The vessel is the result of a two-year build process and an investment of some $2.35 million, and is listed for sale (together with the Lambo) for a combined total of $2.199 million, which could make it the ultimate buy for the speed obsessed who’s equally at home on the water as on the road.
