We’ve seen a Hellcat-powered Ram pickup truck as well as what FCA can do with the engine in the Dodge Challenger, Charger and Jeep Grand Cherokee. Now we have stumbled upon the wildest mish-mash underway at Cleveland Power & Performance.

The tuning shop recently got its hands on a 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat and have fitted its 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine with 707 hp in the body of a 1969 Charger. This is what muscle car dreams are made of.

The build is still ongoing but the Hellcat engine successfully runs in the beaten-up shell of the classic Charger and is bound to make for a truly phenomenal performance car, particularly considering how much lighter the Charger is than the new Challenger.

The project car has been dubbed Reverence and when it’s completed, is sure to drop jaws at events across the United States.
