Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo Gets Porsche Exclusive Treatment

The Porsche Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo isn’t just blisteringly quick, it actually looks seriously sexy, particularly when painted like this particular example.

Porsche Exclusive has worked its magic on the firm’s most potent five-door by painting it in a shade of purple dubbed Amethyst Metallic. While the color wouldn’t be our first pick, it works well.

As with other high-performance hybrid models in Porsche’s range, the exterior paint is contrasted by Acid Green brake calipers and green badges, creating what could hardly be considered an appealing combination. Replace the green accents with silver or blacked-out parts and we’d be in business.

Porsche Exclusive hasn’t neglected the interior. In fact, the cabin is now bathed in white and black leather and includes Amethyst Metallic accents, including the air vents.

Sitting at the heart of the shooting brake is a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 with 550 PS and paired to a 136 PS electric motor, resulting in a total of 680 PS and 850 Nm (626 lb-ft) of torque. This is enough to fire the Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid Sport Turismo from 0-62 mph (100 km/h) in a blistering 3.4 seconds and through to a 192 mph (310 km/h) top speed.

…”it actually looks seriously sexy”… umm, no it does’nt?

This looks good in spite of the color, not because of it. It is the shade of purple that should only be on a 90s Chevy Monte Carlo.

I’d paint a 1967 Pontiac GTO that color. I’m pretty certain I can make it work.

This car is so cool looking. It’s definitely on my short list.

  • ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.
A 911 GOES FROM $91K TO NEARLY $300K AND THEY SELL WAGONS AND SUV’S. NOT THE PORSCHE I REMEMBER.
