BMW M3 With Subtle Mods Shines In Atlantis Blue Paintjob

BMW might be developing the next-generation M3, but that doesn’t mean the current car is outdated. In fact, these images show that, in the right specification and with certain modifications, the F80 M3 can be transformed into a truly jaw-dropping creation.

This particular M3 is owned by a member of the Bimmer Post forum and is painted in a color dubbed Atlantis Blue. One of the most remarkable paint schemes we’ve ever seen on an M3, the shade glistens from all angles and accentuates the aggressive body lines of the performance sedan.

Moreover, this M3 has been fitted with a set of HRE wheels shod in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires, 3D Design carbon fiber accents, tinted windows and a lowered K3 V3 coilover suspension.

Ah, that moment when the Abu Dhabi money stopped flowing, but you still can’t help showing us what a sad BMW fanboy you are.

    • LWOAP

It didn’t stop. They’re just waiting to get word on the latest addition to their inventory so they can make an article about it. 🙂

      • europeon

Based on the fact the BMW “articles” mirror exactly what is being posted on Abu Dhabi Motors’ Facebook which hasn’t been updated in two three days (THE HORROR!), you might be right.

Someone is bmw fanboy, someone else is bmw hater😉

      • europeon

Not at all, hate requires too much energy.

    Nice shade of blue.

  • Bo Hanan

What will this color look like 2 years from now?

    • jsz00

      Ugly with those oversized windows

      • Bo Hanan

So if the windows were smaller the color would be- fine?…

      • KidRed

You misspelled ‘normal sized windows’. Unless you are a US domestic fanboy and likes having windows 6″ tall.

        • Mill0048

          I miss cars having a decent greenhouse…

  • jsz00

Can this car go through high speed corners with four passengers without rubbing, or is this just for looks?

    • europeon

The passengers will rub when cornering at high speed. It’s a 3-series, not a limo with tons rear seat space.

      • Marc-Anthony Murray

  • Bash

    Can it really tackle snow?!

  • LABKHArris

    Can it really tackle snow?!

  • KidRed

Just a smidgen too low for my tastes, but otherwise, this is quite gorgeous.
