Tuned Nissan GT-R Breathes Air, Spits Fire During Dyno Run

Shooting flames from your exhaust is sort of the icing on the cake for a modified supercar such as this Nissan GT-R tuned by Alpha.

Not only is this a highly competent straight line brawler, it’s also very loud thanks to its custom Armytrix exhaust system. As some of you know, Armytrix folk are pretty good at making cars sound like they’re on a battle field.

With that in mind, this particular GT-R doesn’t just have a strong “flame game”, it also has all the bangs and crackles tuning aficionados enjoy while shifting gears.

Altogether, it’s probably one of the loudest cars we have seen as of late and falls in the same category as this Lexus RC F or this Ferrari F12, which are both equipped with the tuner’s valvetronic exhaust system.

As for the flames, they’re both spectacular as well as intimidating. In fact, this might be the most vocal fire-breathing GT-R we’ve ever witnessed on video – although this rose gold one comes really close.

This is about as interesting in 2018 as F&F and Pimp my ride.
These cars are irrelevant, ICE is irrelevant, dyno tuning, pops and bangs have been passe for quite some time.
Ask your neighborhood M4 or C63 owner after they trade in their aging and used beasts.

Says the guy who aspires to own a golf cart. Lol

Much rather have a nice horse, camel, or donkey or a bunch of highly intelligent goats. Far better ROI on any of those vs this aging Datsun. Factor in the statistical driving skills (or lack thereof) of modern-day Americans, ultra low speed limits, police-state tactics and shameful state of infrastructure in the US… I’ll pass on anything beyond daily beater or econobox.

    Armytrix exhaust = wicked awesome!

If only they weren’t so damn expensive 🙁

I know, right! I’d love to install an Armytrix system on my 370z… they sound AmAzInG!!!!!!

        But that price!?!?

    Cool

I think I’d put some cameras back there to make sure the bumper doesn’t catch on fire.
