Said to add “extra dynamic style appeal to the NX 300h”, a new Sport version has joined Lexus’ compact crossover range in the United Kingdom.

It features a series of black exterior details, such as the horizontal bars, spindle grille frame and side mirror casings, alongside the new 18-inch alloys, with a dark and bronze two-tone finish. Inside, the new NX 300h Sport gets standard silver trim inlays, although customers can also opt for a black finish with Tahara leather-like upholstery, like on the SE model.

The black upholstery with white contrast stitching on the seats and instrument panel is available as well, and it’s unique to the Sport.

Elsewhere, the crossover’s equipment list matches that of the SE trim level. Features include the 10.3-inch display, navigation system, 10-speaker audio system with DAB radio and CD player, reversing camera, dual-zone climate control, power adjustable heated front seats, rain-sensing wipers and Lexus Safety System+.

Besides these, buyers will also get to spec their new Lexus NX 300h Sport with front and rear parking sensors as an option, thanks to the Parking Pack.

Toyota’s luxury brand is asking at least £36,500 ($49,000) for this latest addition to the NX family in the United Kingdom, tax included. The crossover will be on sale locally starting from June 1, and customer deliveries will commence at the beginning of July.
