Car Flies Through Median Strip, Rolls Over In Front Of Dashcam Car

Sometimes, staying safe on the freeway is sort of a lottery as you can never know when an accident is going to happen right in front of you. And no matter how careful or skilled you are, missing it could very well be a matter of pure luck.

A quick translation of the video’s description reveals that the reason why this car crashed may have been because the driver wanted to charge their phone, which is why they took their eyes off the road.

In a way, the person driving the out of control vehicle might want to consider themselves lucky that they didn’t instantly collide with another car after flying off their side of the road, past the medium and onto the opposite direction. On the other hand, rolling over was extremely unfortunate and dangerous. Hopefully, everyone was wearing their seat belts and major injuries were prevented.

As for the cammer, this was a pretty scary close call. It’s worth noting though that the person behind the wheel kept his/her cool – or maybe they didn’t have enough time to get scared in the first place.

Anyway, in these types of situations, it’s best to keep calm and collected while focusing on braking and only making subtle steering inputs if possible. Otherwise, you risk rolling over yourself, or crashing into some type of immovable object by the side of the road – and you definitely don’t want that.

    IDK… could be a Mustang?

At least the dude with the dashcam going didn’t get nailed by the out of control car coming towards him.

Why did this guy drive in the left lane?

    • Jay

Thankfully he knew the left lane wasn’t just meant for passing. Probably would’ve been worse had they been in the other lane. Looks like the right lane wouldn’t have been the correct one.

“he knew the left lane wasn’t just meant for passing”… uhm… ??? The left lane IS only meant for passing…
