During his impressive career that spans over more than half a century, Rod Stewart has had lots of vehicles in his possession, including this Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder.

The Italian supercar was purchased new in 2007 through the company’s dealership in Scotland’s capital, Edinburgh, and was ordered in Celeste Phoebe.

This special shade of light blue was used by Lamborghini in some early press cars, and comes over a Blu Scylla and Avorio interior. The superstar seems to have had a thing for this color, as he was spotted a few times behind the wheel of an identical one in the United States, albeit it was a left-hand drive example.

As for this RHD car, it was sold by Stewart in 2009 to a person living in Austria. Back then, it had only 2,243 miles (3,610 kilometers) on the clock, and not much has changed since, as under its new ownership, the Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder has traveled less than 1,000 miles (1,609 km). In fact, it currently has 3,008 miles (4,841 km) on the odo, as proved by the documentation that accompanies it at auction, which also demonstrates its celebrity ownership.

Said to be in excellent condition, RMSothebys believes it will change hands for £120,000-£150,000 ($154,240-$192,800/£133,695-€167,119) at their London sale on September 5. That’s almost twice as much than the usual Gallardo Spyders that pop up for sale, but the low mileage and the fact that it was parked in Rod Stewart’s garage for two years invariably drive the price up.
