These days, it’s not unusual to see SUVs with more power than yesterday’s supercars. The new-gen Mercedes-AMG G63 is one of them, with its 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V8 pumping out an amazing 585 PS (577 hp / 430 kW) and 850 Nm (627 lb-ft) of torque straight out from the factory.

A pair of larger turbochargers combined with a few modified internals and new software, Wheelsandmore has obtained a colossal 780 PS (769 hp / 574 kW) and 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque. Should you feel that’s a bit too much, then you could choose Stage 1 or Stage 2, which bring a more “humble” 650 PS (641 hp / 478 kW) and 700 PS (690 hp / 515 kW), respectively.

Wheelsandmore specializes on, well, making wheels, so naturally it has fitted the powerful G-Wagen with a pair of 24-inch rims, shod in 295/30 tires from Vredestein that don’t compromise the Merc’s off-road abilities, although 355/25 rubber can also be fitted if you don’t care that kind of thing. Regardless of the selection, the wheels fit the arches without any modifications and the pattern is quite similar to the original design. An exhaust system, with remote-controlled flaps, completes the offering.

Money wise, you’ll have to spend €18,500 ($20,658) for the Stage 3 engine upgrade, €10,500 ($11,725) for Stage 2 or €2,521 ($2,815) for Stage 1. The exhaust costs another €4,244 ($4,739) with 4 tips or €4,660 ($5,204) with 6, and the wheel set, tire pressure monitoring sensors included, is another €7,310 ($8,163). The tuner is also offering 22-inch rims, wrapped in 295/40 Continental, Pirelli or Goodyear tires, at €4,621 ($4,758).
