2020 Corvette Stingray Looks Sensational In Zeus Bronze

A 2020 C8 Corvette Stingray has been spotted out and about in the wild and its paint job might just be one of our favorite for the new mid-engined supercar.

Zeus Bronze is one of the new shades introduced to the Corvette family for the eighth-generation and is actually identical to the Bronze Sand Metallic that was launched on the Cadillac ATS-V Coupe and CTS-V Pedestal Edition late last year.

Some have called it nothing more than a shade of brown, but in this clip, it looks superb and glistens gold under the sun, justifying its name. We imagine it looks even better in person. Complementing the dark paint scheme of this car are gloss black wheels and Accelerate Yellow brake calipers. The car also features a number of Accelerate Yellow touches throughout the interior including the contrast stitching and seat belts.

Fortunately for those that don’t like Zeus Bronze, there are a plethora of other attractive paint schemes available for the new C8 Corvette. They include Torch Red, Rapid Blue, Sebring Orange, Long Beach Red, Elkhart Lake Blue, Arctic White, Black, Ceramic Grey, Shadow Grey, Black Silver and Accelerate Yellow, so customers will have no trouble finding the one that suits their taste the best.

If we had to pick an absolute favorite, we would probably go with Long Beach Red as it is eye-catching yet not overbearing like Torch Red – but that’s just us…

Color schemes apart, what makes the 2020 Corvette truly special is its naturally-aspirated 6.2-liter V8 with no less than 495 hp and 470 lb-ft (637 Nm) of torque when equipped with the available performance exhaust that, for the first time in the model’s long and distinguished history, is placed in the middle, right behind the passengers’ cell. Oh, and that shape, of course.

    Sorry, color doesn’t help.

  • Paul

One of my favorite colors on it.

  • TheBelltower

That’s a great color. I’d have done different brake calipers though.

  • jrelon

    The blue, man…the blue.

  • Emoto

Not my cup of tea, but I think it is a good thing to have some unusual colors.

  • alexxx

I don’t know…but…this is not a pretty Corvette…maybe I have to see it in the flesh

  • Six_Tymes

Whoa, that does look pretty amazing on that car.

  • Bo Hanan

That’s a first year car color that will not age well. Sorry.

  • Nordschleife

Not with those black rims. In fact Chevy you still have time to overhaul your rim lineup. They currently suck.

    • rodriguez256

Yup. I wish the Mustang would do a change also. I only like the performance package 2 rims. I wish all the manufactures would chill with black rims already.

  • john1168

It looks like a great color but I wouldn’t get it. Not for a Corvette anyways. I would get Long Beach Red or Shadow Grey myself.

  • SteersUright

Corvette C8 is not a beautiful car. Its design is too busy despite great mid-engine proportions. It looks best in Black, where the overstyling is less noticeable even if the headlight LED headlights look stupid in any color. In red, the contrast with the black parts looks rather good too. Im eager to see more of the grey, white, and lighter blue colors in person or videos.

  • Kagan

Actually you don’t buy it for the looks but for the cheap performance.

Buy it in good red, black, yellow, white or grey, maybe blue too.

  • Harry_Wild

My C8 will be the other new color – “Black Silver”!

  • Suge19

cannot wait what Mansory will do for this car

    • ksegg

What, paint it highlighter yellow with a matching brown interior with pink pinstripes?

  • blabberbobber

YUP. Should not have gotten rid of the C7. This new design is absolute trash.

  • Wandering_Spirit

Lost all the Vette flair and became “sportingly anonymous”. One amidst many others. Just me.

  • Honda NSX-R

We need a dark green C8.
