Alpine hosted the official media drive of the new A110S in Portugal. As a result, the first video reviews of the exciting sports car are about to be released, but before that happens, you can check the new version of the French sports car out in the generous image gallery and video released by the automaker.

Slotting in the lineup above the Pure and Legend versions, the A110S’ 1.8-liter four-pot produces 292 PS (288 HP / 215 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque. Zero to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) takes 4.4 seconds, a 0.1-second improvement, and top speed has increased from 250 to 260 km/h (155-162 mph).

The 40 PS (39 hp / 29 kW) boost in power is not the only upgrade, featured by the A110S, as this model also rocks a few changes inside. These include the black Dinamica upholstery with contrast stitching on the Sabelt seats and Dinamica and leather-wrapped steering wheel with orange centering strip, joining the carbon fiber trim, aluminum pedals and a few other features.

The A110S also packs a revised suspension with a 4 mm (0.16 in) lower ride height, as well as a recalibrated ESC and high-performance brakes. There is also a minor weight improvement and the car rides on Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires.

Despite these technical upgrades, Alpine said the ride quality hasn’t been affected. We’ll find out in a few days if it is true, but for now, let’s just bask in the detailed gallery right below.
