Get Your Redesigned 2020 Nissan Patrol In Australia From AU$75,990

One of the best off-roaders in the market, the Nissan Patrol, has been massively improved for the 2020MY and is now on sale in Australia.

Offered in two trim levels, the Ti and Ti-L, from AU$75,990 and AU$91,990 (US$52,363-US$63,388), respectively, before on-road costs, it’s powered by the 5.6-liter V8, developing 405 PS (400 HP) and 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) of torque, matched to a seven-speed automatic transmission.

The new Patrol comes with four-wheel drive, electronic rear diff lock, improved dampers and a host of standard safety systems, like Intelligent Emergency Braking, Intelligent Forward Collision Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Alert. The Ti-L adds Lane Departure Warning, Intelligent Lane Intervention, Blind Spot Warning, Intelligent Blind Spot Intervention and Intelligent Cruise Control.

Standard equipment in the Patrol Ti includes satellite navigation, surround view monitor, leather trim and electrically adjustable seats, while the Ti-L adds an entertainment system for the second row, Bose premium audio, heated and cooled front seats with memory function on the driver’s side, sunroof and roof rails. Telling the two apart from each other is relatively easy, as the base version has a sportier styling up front, whereas the Ti-L’s front bumper has a more premium look.

In addition to the revised design, the 2020 Patrol gets front and rear LED lights, new 18-inch alloy wheels and can be ordered in one of six colors, including the new Moonlight White, Galaxy Gold and Hermosa Blue. Nissan said that the air conditioning system has been updated as well to provide better airflow.

    “75 who?!”

  • Six_Tymes

A lot better, it no longer looks Melted.

  • Merc1

Looks the same. I guess an equally old, dull looking, “new” Infiniti is coming too?

    Doofus Patrol.

  • William rowe

updated at best and not a good update at that. Nissan needs new car designers really bad just judging on this

  • PB0000

    Looks 15 years old

  • iggination

The sharp straight lines of the front REALLY don’t match up well with the curvy design of EVERYTHING else. Definitely needs a complete refresh. However, even though the interior has old tech and needs updating, it is still very luxurious and comfortable for a family looking for large SUVs like these.

  • Navy✓ᵛᵉʳᶦᶠᶦᵉᵈ🍆💦

This thing has been looking the same since 2010. 10 years with only visual changes to the front and rear fascias. The interior is 10-years-old. Nissan has the cash to totally redesign this horrendous looking SUV, but still failed to do so. The executives should be fired, the engineers, and chief designer because this is uglier than the current model it replaces and will soon come to America with the same looks. Get it together, Nissan.

  • CarbonPhiber

Yeah. Looking at this, it’s pretty clear they’ve really just given up completely.

  • Stigasawuswrecks

    That interior says 2008.
