Park a Humvee in your driveway and people are bound to talk. And if you’re looking for really long chats, then you might as well go the full mile and buy one that spent time in the army.

Depending on what expectations you have from the ex-military vehicle, which may vary from weapon mounts to ammo cases and other gizmos, as well as the overall condition and perhaps the ties with a particular armed force, these two that we found for sale online (they’re also available offline in Florida) could be just what the medic ordered.

Made in 2002 and recently resprayed in a sand color, the first one comes with a buy-it-now price of $52,500. It’s found on eBay, where it will remain until June 15, if no one buys it until then, and it’s an ex-special ops GMV (ground mobility vehicle) that packs a 6.5-liter turbodiesel V8 and has only 901 miles (1,450 km) on the odo, according to the vendor. It comes with all the bells and whistles required from such a model, including weapons tray on the roof, heavy-duty bumpers, antenna mounts, storage trays and so on, as well as a custom stereo system, LED lights, turret hatch, military duffle bags, backpacks, tactical bags, pouches and so on.

Advertised by the same vendor, the second one is a 1993 Humvee that will cost you a cool $89,000. It’s also listed on eBay, where the ad will expire on June 2, and it too has been rebuilt, having a 6.5-liter V8 oil burner that was only driven for 390 miles (698 km). It has a slant back camo, armor, turret, .50 caliber M2 replica complete with mounts, custom seats, steering wheel, touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth, several ammo cans and extra parts.
