Brabus has introduced a selection of parts for the most versatile member of the compact Mercedes-Benz family, the GLB.

The SUV, which is a more practical, taller and roomier take on the GLA, sports a new two-part front spoiler, as well as new side air intakes. The LED modules mounted on the roof improve visibility at night when using the high beams, and a new rear spoiler has been attached to the tailgate.

A set of four black chromed exhaust tips, 3.5 inches (90 mm) in diameter are aimed at models equipped with the AMG Line package, and improving the stance are the 18-, 19- or 20-inch wheels, with the pictured car riding on the latter, with a 10-spoke pattern and 8.5 inches in width. You can choose the 255/40 tires from Continental, Pirelli and Yokohama.

The sports springs lower the ride height by about 1.2 inches (30 mm), whereas owners who tend to take their rides off the beaten path every once in a while can order the springs for the all-wheel drive versions of the vehicle that elevate the ground clearance by around 1.4 inches (35 mm) compared to the standard versions.

A performance kit for the GLB 250 has been launched as well, lifting the power of the 2.0-liter engine from 221 HP (224 PS / 165 kW) and 258 lb-ft (350 Nm) of torque, to 267 HP (270 PS / 199 kW) and 317 lb-ft (430 Nm). In this form, the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) takes 6.6 seconds and top speed is 149 mph (240 km/h).

Other power upgrades, for the gasoline and diesel versions of the GLB, are currently in development at Brabus.
