Roughly a week after the track-focused Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series was shown to the world, it has been revealed that a limited-edition variant will be offered exclusively to buyers of the upcoming AMG One hybrid hypercar.

The variant, dubbed the GT Black Series ‘P One Edition,’ has apparently been launched to appease AMG One customers who have had the arrival dates of their F1-powered hypercars pushed back due to a series of delays impacting the vehicle’s development schedule.

These three cropped photos from Mercedes Fans of the Black Series P One Edition are the only ones we’ve been able to find and while not of the highest quality, they do show the car has a look of its own.

The most notable aspect of the P One Edition’s design that distinguishes it from the regular model is the unique wrap that has a very similar design to the livery of Mercedes’ 2020 Formula One car (before it was transformed to an all-black livery). With this in mind, the front end is finished silver but as you come towards the doors, the color gradually shifts to black. Incorporated within the silver and black are Three-Pointed Star symbols.

Elsewhere, the limited-run GT Black Series variant includes Petronas-colored edging around the black wheels and along the side skirts.

Rounding out the custom touches are some unique interior elements. For example, there is Petronas-colored piping and stitching on the black leather racing seats as well as the center console and dashboard.
