An eye-catching 1994 Porsche 928 GTS painted in a special shade of Amaranth Purple is currently up for sale from a dealership in Germany.

This 928 GTS was delivered new in Germany and was actually displayed at the Frankfurt Auto Show. It had just two previous owners before the selling dealer acquired it and looks to have been well maintained, despite having 173,334 km (107,704 miles) on the clock.

Starting with the exterior, you’ll no doubt notice that the wheels are painted in the same color of Amaranth Purple as the rest of the car. This makes for a very intriguing and unique look and certainly distinguishes this 928 from most of its kind.

Inside, it has a host of nice features that are especially welcome considering its age. For example, the seats are heated and have adjustable lumbar support. The 928 GTS also comes with a radio and CD changer, leather-wrapped instrument panel, dark burl wood accents, leather sun visors, and a leather glovebox. The listing from Elfer Spot adds that the car “has been completely revised technically,” which we presume refers to a comprehensive restoration.

Powering the 928 GTS is a 5.4-liter naturally aspirated V8 rated at 345 hp, which in this car is mated to an automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. It is understood that Porsche built less than 3,000 examples of the 928 GTS, meaning it is relatively rare. No asking price has been made public.
