The Ferrari Enzo is a very rare and very expensive supercar that only multi-millionaires and billionaires can own. However, for significantly less money, you could buy this 1986 Pontiac Fiero that has been modified into an Enzo replica of sorts.

This bizarre Enzo replica was built a few years ago and has frequently been featured on the CAR BROS YouTube channel. It was infamously displayed at the exclusive 2019 Quail, A Motorsports Gathering in Monterey and has even been featured on an episode of Jay Leno’s Garage.

The replica has been listed up for sale on Cars & Bids and maintains the Fiero’s 2.8-liter V6 engine that produces 140 hp and 170 lb-ft (230 Nm). It has been owned by the seller since 2015 and has only been driven roughly 1,000 miles (1,600 km) in that time. An AutoCheck vehicle history report shows no accidents in the car’s past.

It is not without its faults, however. The Fiero, affectionately known as the ‘Fierri’, recently failed a California emissions test due to high NOx levels and cannot be registered for road use in California as-is. Additionally, the turn signals and high beams are non-functioning, the taillights don’t turn on when the headlights are on, the trunk doesn’t latch, the “body trim fits poorly”, the gauge cluster is loose and the bodywork is scratched up.

Some maintenance work has been done in recent years, including the fitment of new exhaust manifold gaskets and studs, the oil and air filters replaced, the brake fluid and coolant flushed, and a catalytic converter installed. It is clear, however, that there’s still some work left for whoever buys this replica.
