The stunning Lexus LC Aviation is not the only special edition coupe from the luxury brand launched in Japan.

Joining it is the Lexus RC ‘Emotional Ash’ edition, which brings a number of visual and equipment enhancements to the RC350, RC300h and RC300 F Sport in Japan. On the outside, the special edition model adopts a brilliant black finish for the spindle grille, which also gains a jet black frame.

Other styling upgrades include exclusive 19-inch alloys (with black coating for F Sport models), as well as glossy black mirror caps and mufflers. In addition, the Lexus RC Emotional Ash also gains the Trinocular full-LED headlamps as standard equipment.

Moving on to the cabin, the special edition coupe welcomes passengers with genuine leather sports seats (exclusively for F Sport models) and silver stitching. F Sport models also get a steering wheel wrapped in genuine leather and fitted with paddle shifters as standard.

In addition, all models feature Ash wood ornaments on the dashboard, door panels, and steering wheel. Lexus says the high-intensity coating applied to the flowing wood grain results in a unique brilliance transition of silver ink when exposed to light, making the texture stand out. Rounding out the interior upgrades are the 8-inch TFT LCD meter (for F Sport models only) and dedicated opening screen in the instrument panel.

The Emotional Ash treatment costs 6,469,000 yen ($61,950) for the Lexus RC300 four-cylinder model, 6,917,000 yen ($66,250) for the RC300h hybrid, and 7,477,000 yen ($71,615) for the RC350 V6 model.
