Inspired by leather weaving techniques, the weavers in the Ariege region of southern France have come up with a unique material for the seat cushions that combines different fabrics. Created in a joint development between DS and Ines de la Fressange Paris, it has a subtle blue color and is combined with Alcantara and red stitching.

Besides the special upholstery, the limited edition features a leather-wrapped steering wheel, aluminum pedals, a 10.3-inch touchscreen display and automatic climate control. It’s also equipped with LED lights, front and rear parking sensors, blind spot monitoring, lane keep assist and emergency braking up to 140 km/h (87 mph).

Customers can order the DS 3 Crossback Ines de la Fressange Paris either with the BlueHDi 130 diesel automatic, the PureTech 155 and Puretech 130 automatic petrol units, or the E-Tense battery-electric powertrain.

Production will begin in the coming weeks and deliveries will commence from January 2021.
