Those of you looking to own a limited edition modern-day muscle car should really check out this weekend’s upcoming Mecum Auction at the Las Vegas Convention Center, November 13-14.

One of the lot’s most interesting cars is undoubtedly this 2018 Petty’s Garage Warrior Mustang, with a Level 2 package. It’s one of just four units built, and it comes with an Edelbrock supercharger that boosts output to 675 HP (684 PS) and 540 lb-ft (732 Nm) of torque.

Like its three siblings, all of which use the Mustang GT as a starting point, this car is also signed by Richard Petty himself. Specs include the 6-speed manual gearbox, plus a wide range of custom bits.

Take for instance the Petty’s Garage 3-way adjustable coilover suspension, GeForce Level 5 axle, custom spoiler, upper and lower mesh grille, ‘Over the Top’ racing stripes, custom rear badge, grille badge and windshield banner, plus the Warrior fender badge. Thanks to its Shadow Black exterior and those light blue stripes and accents, we can imagine this Mustang looking mighty good to a Carolina Panthers fan.

Inside, you get embroidered floor mats, custom leather with blue contrast stitching, an autographed dash plaque and a Petty Blue shifter ball.

Now, while we could call this Mustang a “driver’s car”, we still wouldn’t go as far as to say that just about any driver could get in and extract maximum performance from the drivetrain. Those 675 horses go to the rear wheels exclusively, and you’ll definitely have to be careful with your revs while shifting gears.
