Spy photographers are pretty good at identifying heavily camouflaged prototypes, but this one has them scratching their heads.

Caught undergoing cold weather testing on a frozen lake in Sweden, the model appears to be a high-riding sedan. The prototype is heavily disguised, but we can make out a few details including a black mesh grille and sizable wheels.

The blocky camouflage does a good job of hiding the bodywork, but we can see a sweptback windscreen that flows into a sloping roof.  However, this could be a deception as spy photographers suggested this could be a truck that has been disguised with some clever camo work. That’s a possibility, but the model is pretty small for a truck and a sedan or crossover coupe seems more likely.

The body style isn’t the only question mark as there’s some uncertainty as to who is behind this particular prototype. That being said, the model is likely a Fiat as the company is known for using blocky camouflage like the kind found on this prototype.

A lot of questions remain and we’ll likely learn more once the camouflage starts coming off. In the meantime, feel free to let us know what you think the prototype is in the comments below.
