The new Bentley Continental GT V8 Equinox Edition is the latest limited edition model created by Mulliner exclusively for the Japanese market and will produced in just 10 examples.

The Continental GT Equinox Edition is characterized by a contrasting monotone color theme, with the choice of either Black Onyx or Glacier White paintwork. The exterior also features the Styling Specification, which is specially commissioned in high-gloss black carbon fiber and includes a front splitter, rear diffuser, boot lip spoiler, and side sills that are branded with metal Bentley wings inlays.

In addition, Bentley has added a rich silver accent pinstripe to the edge of the carbon fiber pieces, which is painted by hand and requires five days per car to be applied. The exterior of the new Continental GT V8 Equinox Edition is completed with a set of 22-inch Mulliner Driving Specification wheels that are exclusively finished in dark metallic Tungsten paint.

The interior of Mulliner’s latest creation follows the monochrome theme of the outside, with Beluga hide being the main leather material, accompanied by a secondary silver hide on the headrests and seat edge panels. The contrast stitching in silver to the seats and steering wheel is mirrored in the dual-finish veneers in Piano Moonbeam over Grand Black. The painted veneer is carefully sprayed by hand to ensure the consistency of the light reflected on them at different angles from the metallic paint surfaces across the car.

The new Continental GT V8 Equinox Edition by Mulliner is powered by Bentley’s twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 that delivers 542 HP (550 PS) and 568 lb-ft (770 Nm) of torque. 0-60 mph comes in 3.9 seconds (0-100 km/h in 4.0 seconds), while top speed is set at 198 mph (318 km/h).
