You’ve probably seen it before; an individual so desperate to make their exit on a motorway at the last moment that they veer across multiple lanes of traffic, putting not only themselves but other motorists around them in danger. This dashcam footage shows the devastating impact that driving like this can have.
This video was filmed on a motorway in Minneapolis, Minnesota and appears to have been captured by a trucker, as evidenced by the angle of the dashcam. The trucker can be seen driving in the second lane from the left as the road splits in two when all of a sudden, a silver pickup truck overtakes them from the right and swerves in front of them to make the highway exit off to the left.

The driver of the pickup cuts things so fine that they hit a patch of grass and dirt in the median, which leads to the vehicle fishtailing. Unfortunately, a sedan was in the path of the pickup and it ends up rear-ending it, spinning the car around. Making things worse is the fact that the offending pickup driver didn’t stop to assess the damage and exchange details with the owner of the sedan; instead, they continued driving without a second thought.
Hopefully, no one was injured in the incident. As for the pickup driver, the dashcam footage is crystal clear and captured good footage of the whole thing, so the authorities could use it to find them.
