Kia has fully detailed the EV6 range that will be offered in the UK.

Deliveries of the all-electric vehicle will start later this year from £40,895 ($56,502) for the entry-level EV6 with rear-wheel drive and topping out at £51,895 (US$71,700) for the flagship GT-Line S. While pre-reservations for the EV6 in the UK have already closed, the company says that as of April 30, it had secured roughly 1,250 reservations for the vehicle.

The entry-level Kia EV6 to be sold in the UK comes with the standard 77.4 kWh battery pack and features a single electric motor pumping out 226 hp through the rear wheels. Key features of this base model include dark grey 19-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, rear lights, and DRLs, black vegan leather upholstery, ambient lighting, heated front seats and steering wheel, dual automatic air conditioning, Highway Driving Assist, and Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with city, pedestrian, cyclist, and junction-turning functionality.

Next up in the range is the Kia EV6 GT-Line, available from £43,895 (US$60,647) in rear-wheel drive form and £47,395 (US$65,483) in all-wheel drive configuration. The rear-wheel drive model has the same 226 hp electric motor while all-wheel drive models add an electric motor at the front axle, resulting in a combined 321 hp. Features not found on the standard model include a black suede and light grey vegan leather interior, front parking sensors, premium relaxation seats, memory driver and power front passenger seats, alloy driver pedals, vehicle-to-load charging, wireless smartphone charging, privacy glass, and Blind-Spot Collision Warning.

Sitting at the top of the range are the EV6 GT-Line S models available in rear-wheel drive (£48,395 – US$66,864) and all-wheel drive (£51,895 – US$71,700) forms. These two models add features such as 20-inch wheels, ventilated and heated front seats, heated outer rear seats, power tailgate, panoramic sunroof, a 14-speaker Meridian audio system, Remote Smart Park Assist, Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist, Blind-Sport View Monitor, Highway Driving Assist 2, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, and an Augmented Reality head-up display.

Kia UK will introduce the range-topping GT variant in the second half of 2022. It packs no less than 577 hp and can hit 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.5 seconds. Prices for this variant have yet to be announced.
