If you had the opportunity to drive a Ferrari 812 Superfast on an unrestricted section of the Autobahn, what would you do? Chances are you’d go all out, which is exactly what AutoTopNL did when they received the keys to a bright blue example.

The 812 Superfast is powered by a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 and while an even more potent variant in the form of the Competizione was recently released, that doesn’t make it any less impressive. After all, it churns out 789 hp, a figure that was unthinkable from a front-engined Ferrari just a few short years ago.

During this video, the driver from AutoTpopNL tests out the vehicle’s rolling acceleration, including the sprint from 100 km/h (62 mph) to 200 km/h (124 mpg). Unfortunately, the video doesn’t reveal just how quickly the Ferrari hits these key performance metrics but it does show it being pushed through to an indicated 331 km/h (205 mph).

Moreover, not only did it hit 331 km/h, but it appeared to reach that number quite comfortably and clearly had some extra speed up its sleeve. Which isn’t that surprising, given that Ferrari claims the 812 Superfast tops out at 340 km/h (211 mph).
