The McLaren F1 GTR racing car is the definition of bedroom wall poster material. Today, its rarity and legendary status have made it unapproachable, with prices in auctions reaching eight figures. So how can we, the average people, get a piece of this automotive masterpiece?

Surprisingly there is a way to achieve that as this set of original GTR Speedline Wheels offered by RM Sotheby’s has an estimated price of €2,000-3,000 ($2,387-3,580) while the rear bumper of the same car is available for £20,000 ($27,801)!

Given that McLaren only built a total of 28 examples of the F1 GTR between 1995 and 1997, it is not often that you see original parts offered for sale online. The complete set of Speedline five-spoke wheels listed in the Open Roads auction was used by the F1 GTR chassis 06R that wore the yellow Harrods livery in two seasons of the BPR Global GT Series and scored a total of four wins. It also raced at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1996 finishing sixth. To honor it, McLaren painted the P1 GTR in the same colors just a few years ago.

The wheels not be in what you would call pristine condition, however the scratches and markings proudly showcase their racing history so don’t worry too much about it. As for the size, the front wheels measure 19.5 x 12 inches, and the rear wheels 19.5 x 14 inches for wider tires. The auction – offered without reserve – closes on June 30. The wheels are located in Germany so, if you’re interested, you will need to arrange your own shipping.

Then there’s the considerably more expensive rear bumper which is available for £20,000 ($27,801) by Infinitous. It belongs to the same F1 GTR as you can see from the yellow and green color combination and comes complete with the four circular taillights.
