Lexus today announced that it will sell a limited edition Black Line version of the three-row 2022 RX “L” SUV with unique content and visual cues. In all, the company will produce just 495 of the special edition models for the model year.

The RX 450hL and the RX 350L Black Line will be sold in two exclusive colors, Eminent White Pearl and Cloudburst Gray. These paint colors will be set against 20-inch black wheels with black lug nuts, as well as black mirror caps, a black lower front bumper, and a black nameplate.

The interior of the three-row version of premium SUV will also contrast the exterior color and will be finished in black. The seats will be upholstered in black and white NuLuxe for the first two rows with blue stitching that carries throughout the interior on the shift boot, the steering wheel, and the upper instrument panel.

The dark hue will be continued throughout the cabin with black floor mats, cargo mats, and key gloves. The open-pore wood that trims the cabin will also be black to really drive the look home.

The package will be based on the Premium Package for the three-row RX, which already adds fancier wood trim, Lexus Memory system, a power moonroof, and aluminum roof rails. The Black Line special edition will start at $52,030 on the 290 hp 3.5-liter V6-powered RX 350L, while the 308 hp self-charging-hybrid-powered RX 450hL Black Line edition starts at $55,290.

Lexus says the 2022 RX L BLack Line editions will hit showrooms by the end of July, and it will produce 393 of the gas-powred models and 106 of the hybrids.
