The Hennessey Venom F5 has been a long time coming and as the Texas company gears up to start production, it has showcased one of customer cars it will build.

The Venom F5 in question has been ordered by entrepreneur Howard Panes who owns a plethora of exotics, including a McLaren P1, McLaren Senna, Porsche 918 Spyder, Lamborghini Huracan Performante, Ferrari 812 Superfast, and a Lamborghini Urus. His Venom F5 will be a real eye-catcher.

Renderings released by Hennessey of the car show it bathed in a bright color dubbed Blue Arione, a color that seems to hide some of the hypercar’s most striking body lines. Contrasting the blue paint are bright orange accents, including across the front splitter, side skirts, doors, brake calipers, rear diffuser, and the underside of the rear wing.

This bold look continues into the cabin where bright orange leather has been applied across the seats, door panels, steering wheel, and dashboard. There is also heaps of exposed carbon fiber throughout that further adds to the exotic feel.

Hennessey is in the final stages of testing the Venom F5 and in April, made its first 200 mph runs, even though the car was capped at 900 hp, just half of its total power. Powering the car is a 6.6-liter twin-turbocharged V8 with a claimed 1,817 hp and 1,193 lb-ft (1,617 Nm) of torque. Hennessey is aiming to set a production car top speed record of beyond 311 mph (500 km/h) with the Venom F5.
