Images leaked from the set of The Flash have revealed that Michael Keaton will make a return as Batman and that his famous Batmobile and Batcave will be featured in the film.

The photos can be viewed on Twitter but might not be around for very long as DC and Warner Bros. are apparently keen to have them scrubbed from the internet. The Flash is being filmed in the UK, notes Screen Rant, as the latest installment to the DC Extended Universe and will include Keaton playing an older version of Bruce Wayne.

The Batmobile driven by Keaton in 1989’s Batman and 1992’s Batman Returns is arguably the most iconic of all and is adored by enthusiasts of the franchise. Starring alongside Michael Keaton in The Flash will be Ben Affleck who reprises his role as a younger Batman.

The Flash also stars Ezra Miller and will feature Sasha Calle as Supergirl. It is tentatively scheduled for release on November 4, 2022.

Interestingly, Tim Burton’s iconic Batmobile won’t be the only one we will soon see on the big screen. In March 2022, DC Films and Warner Bros. will release The Batman starring Robert Pattinson. This film features an entirely different Batmobile that takes the shape of a classic American muscle car that would be perfect for Vin Diesel in a Fast and Furious film.
