Residents of London had the chance to look through a collection of 174 cars held in a warehouse on August 30. The cars all dry stored and in various states of decay run the gamut from Morris Minors, to classic Mercedes, to a handful of Porsches.

The viewing happened between 11 am and 4 pm local time and all cars were apparently part of a private collection. Per a YouTube video from The TFJJ (below), the cars are all running and you can hear some of them starting up in the video. Even if they do all start, they all also look like they might need more than a quick clean before they’re ready for the road again.

Although many don’t look too bad and could certainly be restored on a reasonable budget, others look like they might be more trouble than they’re worth. Some look like they may have been parts cars, though, so it might not be a bad idea to get more than one of these barn finds for yourself.

Unfortunately, although there is some fascinating stuff in the collection, this isn’t the type of barn find where you’ll discover a forgotten Talbot Lago. That’s not to say that there’s nothing of value in there, though.

According to the London Barn Finds Instagram page, which is running this auction, there is a 1973 Porsche 911, a 1975 BMW 2002, a 1987 Mercedes G Wagon, not to mention all of the classic Mercedes and more than a few classic Land Rovers.

The vehicles are also on eBay and you can look through some photos of the cars there, too. While there’s reason to believe that the seller is overvaluing the collection, by their estimates it should be worth more than £1 million ($1.38 million USD).
