We have seen plenty of well-preserved low-mileage classic cars being auctioned but this time there is a rather recent model in showroom condition going under the hammer that caught our eye. We are talking about a pristine 2007 Audi RS4 with just 217 miles (349 km) in the odometer.

According to Silverstone Auctions, this is “possibly the lowest mileage RS4 in the UK, if not worldwide”. For most of its life, the model was owned and stored by its first owner and his father. A recent inspection by Audi confirmed it remains in almost the same condition it was nearly 15 years ago.

Th RS4 Sedan is finished in Mugello Blue combined with a black interior. Due to the fact it was kept in storage for so many years, some chrome accents have shown early signs of pitting, but the seller has replaced the front grille. He also bought extra badges, but it is up to the new owner to decide if they want to replace the original components.

The second-generation Audi RS4 (B7) was produced between 2006 and 2008. It was the first RS4 offered in Sedan and Cabriolet form besides the more practical Avant. It is visually distinguished by the A4/S4 thanks to the wider front and rear fenders, sporty bumpers, 19-inch wheels, integrated rear spoiler, and dual oval-shaped exhaust pipes.

It is powered by a naturally aspirated 4.2-liter FSI V8 engine producing 414 hp (309 kW / 420 PS) and 430 Nm (317 lb-ft) of torque. Power is transmitted to all four wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox with the help of the quattro permanent four-wheel drive system and is also fitted as standard with the Dynamic Ride Control suspension.

The low-mileage 2007 Audi RS4 will be offered by Silverstone Auctions at the NEC Classic Motor Show taking place between November 12th and 14th.
