It’s always a good idea to drive cautiously around large semi-trucks given how much given how much longer it takes for them to stop compared to typical passenger cars. Evidently, the owner of a Ford Mondeo in France didn’t get that memo and almost triggered a devastating crash with a trucker.
Dashcam footage of the near-miss was recently shared to YouTube and starts off by showing a dark grey Mondeo cutting in front of a trucker. Almost immediately, the Ford driver break checks the truck, forcing the cammer to slam on the brakes to avoid slamming into the rear of the Mondeo.

The driver of the Ford is clearly quite irate with the trucker and can then be seen waving their hand out of the window. At this exact moment, however, two police officers on motorcycles pull alongside the Ford driver and force him to pull off the highway. The Mondeo driver clearly isn’t happy and continues to wave their hand out of the window in frustration.
Unsurprisingly, the driver of the truck takes a lot of pleasure in seeing the Ford driver get pulled over and can be heard repeatedly shouting “Magnifique!” as he watches the police officers give the Ford owner a healthy dose of instant karma.
It seems likely that the trucker and the Ford driver had some kind of interaction before the video starts. Whatever happened, though, doesn’t justify that kind of aggressive driving.
