Ford is increasing prices for the 2022 F-150 for what will be the second time in just two months.

A memo recently was sent to Ford dealerships across the United States, and since shared to the F-150 Gen 4 forum, reveals that all 2022 models will be hit with price hikes, starting from February 15. The latest price increase isn’t insignificant either.

For starters, Ford will increase prices for XLT models by $1,500, while jacking up prices of Lariat series, King Ranch series, Platinum series, and Limited series models all by the same $1,500. Those in the market for an F-150 Raptor will be hit with an especially significant price increase of $3,300 while F-150 Tremor models will rise in price by $1,500. The prices of the 19S STX Appearance Package will also be jacked up by $500.

As mentioned, this is the second time in as many months that prices of the Ford F-150 have risen. On December 27, 2021, Ford sent a very similar letter to dealerships revealing that prices for all XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, Limited, Tremor, and Raptor models would rise by $880. Ford also confirmed at the time that the entry-level XL would now be $350 more expensive while the STX Appearance Package, available on select XL models, was also increased by $530.

Ford’s website states that 2022 F-150 XL models start at $29,990 before any destination fees but it is unclear if this price has been increased to reflect the recent changes. Elsewhere across the range is the XLT ($36,630), Lariat ($46,140), King Ranch ($57,110), Platinum ($59,890), Limited ($74,335), Tremor ($50,735), and Raptor ($65,375).

Prices of various other Ford models will increase from February 15. This includes select Mustang models and options that will increase by upwards of $1,090. Various Escape models, the Edge, and Explorer models will also cost more for the 2022 model year.
