Lexus Wants You To Relax And Unwind In Their 2022 LC 500 Inspiration Series Specials

Lexus has debuted the next model in its lineup of special “Inspiration” editions of the 2022 LC 500, this time using meditation as its chosen focus.

Both coupe and convertible body styles will be available, each of them with features unique to the body style. To build it, Lexus starts with an LC 500 Touring Package and adds a suite of subtle but luxurious touches.

Exterior touches include an Iridium paint color to contrast with the black finishes on the grille, headlamp, taillamp, and rocker garnish. A coupe-exclusive rear air wing spoiler adds a sporty touch, as do stainless steel scuff plate. Finishing it all off is a set of 21-inch 3D machined wheels – a Lexus first.

Inside the LC 500 is a calming interior layout to aid relaxation. Dark Rose accents interplay with the Semi-Aniline leather seats, as well as matching Dark Rose seatbelts. Coupes receive Comfort seats, while Convertibles receive Sport seats.

Adding to the interior luxury on the Convertible model is a climate concierge, which offers upper body heating, and NuLuxe Headliner to go with the matching Dark Rose soft top. Your favorite tunes can be blasted through the 13-speaker 915-watt Reference Mark Levinson Surround Sound Audio system.

The LC 500 also comes standard with a SmartAccess Key Card and a Head-Up Display (HUD), which displays road speed, selected gear, rev counter, and turn-by-turn directions. The display also provides information about the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control status, Pre-Collision System, Lane Keep Assist/Lane Departure Alert, warning indicator information icons, and clearance sonar.

Inspiring Collection

Lexus’ Inspiration series debuted over 5 years ago, and has since including creations such as the LC 500 Black Inspiration, which dispensed with almost any trace of chrome, and the Aviation Inspiration, which featured unique touches inspired by air racing.

Just 150 units of the special edition model will be built, each one featuring a special serialized badge on the center console denoting its unique number. The 2022 LC 500 Inspiration is set to arrive at dealerships in the late spring, with prices set at $104,500 for the coupe, and $115,580 for the convertible before handling and destination.
